Enter this location on Custom House Street. Enter this location at 21 Well St. This is the entrance address for the Folio Boston valet garage, operated by Pilgrim Parking. It is located on the southwest/left-hand side of Well St. (a one-way street) between Franklin St. and Custom House St. The valet is marked by a silver 'Folio Boston' sign with black lettering.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- Please get a ticket from the parking attendant. The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- 10-15 minutes before you want to leave, call the valet office at 617-330-9085 to have your car retrieved. When you get there, show the valet your ticket and you will get your car.
