As you reach the entry gate, you will scan your parking reservation - do not take a ticket. Your phone or printed reservation must be inserted into the scanner area on the face of the parking kiosk where the red light is. If you run into a challenge, please use the intercom button and a team member will assist you. Do not take a ticket to enter the garage, as it often leads to charges on exit.

Park in any space not marked as reserved between floors 3 and 5. Do not park in areas identified as reserved or valet parking only.

There is no shuttle service to the airport. You may book a ride to the airport using Rideshare or Taxi!

When you return to the airport, please arrange transportation back to the facility using Rideshare or a Taxi. There is no shuttle service from the airport.

When leaving, drive to the exit gate and scan your reservation again just as you did on entry.
