After parking, immediately note the floor you parked on and take your ticket with you. (You'll validate it at the end of your trip) Head to the front lobby by taking the elevators down to floor one. Please note: the fee for a lost ticket is $100.

Upon arriving at the lobby, head to the front hotel drive to catch the airport shuttle. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 between the airport and hotel every 15 minutes.

After you return from your reservation, present your parking ticket along with your SpotHero reservation-either printed or on your mobile device- for validation at the front desk.

When exiting the Loews garage, please ensure your parking ticket has been validated at the front desk. Then insert the validated ticket at the exit gate where the blue light flashes-the gate will open, and you're free to go!
