Enter the spot from the alleyway between 716 W. Addison (Lakeview Presbyterian Church) and 722 W. Addison (a condo building). There will be a lot on your left-hand side. The spot is in the north-most row 2nd west-most spot (see the green highlighted space in the picture), and it is labeled 'D2' in paint on the pavement.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
