Enter this location at 661 University Ave. This is the MaRS Phase 2 Garage, managed by Impark. It is located on the right-hand side of University Ave. (a one-way street) between College St. and Gerard St. W. The entrance is marked with a red 'P' sign marked with white lettering.
Please reverse into the parking spot so you can easily exit your vehicle and so that the center walkway and other parking spot remains accessible. If you have a passenger you can let them out before backing in.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Please remove any items of value from your vehicle before exiting.
